Marvel Comics © August 1977, Godzilla #1.  The story is "The Coming!".  Godzilla lands on American soil but S.H.I.E.L.D. are there to try to stop the destruction. Dugan and Woo are unable to stop Godzilla but Nick Fury arrives with three Japanese scientists who might have the answer.
